Open Banking at PFinance
PFinance is preparing a direct Accredited Data Recipient Open Banking service for Gamma Systems Pty Ltd. Open Banking lets you securely share selected bank account and transaction data with PFinance for personal finance management after you give consent.
The service is read-only. PFinance cannot move money, cannot initiate payments, and never asks for your bank login credentials.
How sharing works
Choose what to share
You choose the bank, account data categories, sharing duration, and redundant-data handling before any Open Banking collection starts.
Approve at your bank
PFinance redirects you to the data holder. You authenticate with the bank and approve the data there; PFinance never asks for your bank login credentials.
Receive a CDR receipt
PFinance records and shows a CDR receipt with the consent status, data holder, data categories, purpose, duration, and key lifecycle events.
Manage sharing
The Open Banking dashboard lets you review active, expired, and withdrawn consents, see what data was collected, and withdraw sharing at any time.
Data boundaries
- Read-only account discovery, account details, balances, and transaction history needed for personal finance management.
- No payment initiation, money movement, password capture, full card-number storage, or sale of raw CDR data.
- No production CDR collection until Gamma Systems Pty Ltd has completed accreditation, Register onboarding, conformance testing, and activation.
Management controls
Consent dashboard
Signed-in users manage Open Banking sharing from the PFinance Open Banking dashboard at /personal/open-banking.
Withdrawal
When you withdraw sharing, collection stops immediately and PFinance queues holder revocation plus redundant-data handling.
Deletion or de-identification
PFinance follows the election attached to the consent, subject to legal, security, audit, and dispute-resolution records we must retain.
Support and complaints
Support requests go to [email protected]. CDR complaints, privacy, access, and correction requests go to [email protected] or 0406051122.
Security and storage
PFinance stores production CDR records in the approved CDR data environment, encrypts token material and managed secrets, redacts logs, and separates production CDR data from development and test environments. Public cloud and operational providers are assessed through the outsourced service provider register before CDR data is handled.
